1. Who provides the service

The service is provided by Top App, Rynek Główny 28, 31-010 Kraków, Poland, VAT ID PL6762666433. Contact: hello@topapp.pl. By using Nope Days you accept these terms.

2. What Nope Days is

Nope Days counts how many days you’ve gone without a habit you want to quit. You pick a habit from the list or name your own, enter an estimated cost and time of one slip, and the app shows your day count, money and time saved, milestones and streak history. No account is needed. Your data is stored on your device.

3. A counter, not a treatment — please read

• Nope Days is not a medical device or a health, therapy or psychological service. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any addiction.
• If you are struggling with alcohol, nicotine, gambling or any other substance or behaviour, please get help from a doctor, therapist or support service. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
• Money and time figures are estimates calculated from the values you enter. They are not financial advice.
• Texts in the app are for information and entertainment.

4. Acceptable use

Use the app lawfully and don’t try to bypass purchase protections or modify the app. Names of custom habits are visible only to you (and on cards you choose to share) — you are responsible for what you write in them and who you show them to.

5. Your data and backups

Habits and history are stored on your device and in your iCloud (iPhone) or Google (Android) backup if you have it turned on. We have no access to them, so we cannot recover them for you. Deleting the app or erasing data in the app’s settings may remove them permanently. Details in the Privacy Policy.

6. Free version and Nope Days Pro

The app can be downloaded and used for free — the free version counts one active habit, with no time limit. Nope Days Pro unlocks unlimited habits, widgets, full streak history and CSV export.

• Pro is available as a yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Current prices are shown in the app before you buy, in your store account’s currency.
• Payment is taken by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). The subscription renews automatically unless turned off — on the App Store at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You manage and cancel your subscription in iPhone: Settings → your Apple account → Subscriptions or Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. We have no technical way to cancel it for you. Deleting the app or your data does not cancel a subscription.
• Restore purchases in the app: Settings → Restore purchases (same Apple or Google account).
• Payment complaints and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their store rules.

As a consumer you generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a contract for digital content. If, at your express request, you start using paid features within that period, you lose the right of withdrawal for the part of the service already provided. This does not limit your statutory rights under consumer protection law.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the app running but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may develop, change or withdraw features and will announce material changes in advance. We won’t take away features paid for with a lifetime purchase for as long as the app is available in the store.

8. Liability

We provide the service with due care. We are liable for damage caused intentionally and to the extent required by mandatory law — in particular, we do not exclude liability towards consumers where the law does not allow it. Otherwise we are not liable for health or financial decisions made solely on the basis of the app, nor for loss of data stored only on your device.

9. Privacy

How we handle data is described in the Nope Days Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We will announce material changes in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the app after that date means you accept the new version.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Polish law, which does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of habitual residence. Send complaints to hello@topapp.pl — we answer within 14 days. As a consumer you may use out-of-court dispute resolution, including the European Commission’s ODR platform.
