Delete your account and data

In the app

1. Open Freedo and go to the Crew tab.
2. Open the menu next to the event name and choose Account and settings.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Without the app

Write to hello@topapp.pl with the subject “Delete Freedo account”. Include the name you use in the app, the event name and — if you sign in with Apple or Google — the e-mail of that account. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.

What we delete

• the account: name, Apple / Google identifier and e-mail, payout note, language, country, push tokens; you are signed out on every device;
• all your chat messages and reactions;
• all your photos and videos (originals and previews);
• your poll votes;
• your blocks and reports;
• events where you are the only member — with their files. Events you run with others pass to the co-organiser (or, if there is none, to the person who joined first).

What stays

• expenses and payments other people still need for their balances — without your name, under an anonymous account that can never sign in again;
• purchase records (transaction identifier, product) — as long as tax law requires;
• server backups — up to 30 days, then overwritten.
